Dr. Karen Stafford
Dr. Karen Stafford completed her Honours Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry degrees from the University of Waterloo in 2008, graduating on the Deans Honours List. She then joined the Bramalea Optometric Clinic in 2008, before becoming part of the Queensway Optometric Centre in 2010, where she now practices full time. Dr. Stafford’s ocular disease internship was completed at the Scarborough Eye Associates.

Dr. Stafford provides comprehensive eye exams to all ages, however her areas of interest are children’s vision and laser refractive surgery. She currently consults at TLC Laser Centre Mississauga, and is the Ontario Association of Optometrists Peel lead for the Eye See Eye Learn program promoting eye exams to children in Junior Kindergarten.

Dr. Stafford was born in Mississauga, and continues to live in Mississauga with her husband and daughters Katelyn and Makayla. Dr. Stafford thoroughly enjoys traveling, and sports such as softball but her favourite time is spent with her family.
